It started with a simple dream — a chef who grew up fishing the Maltese coast, driven by a love for the sea and a desire to bring its freshest treasures to the table.
Mark Zerafa, known to everyone as Zeri, left the academic world behind and picked up his knives. He opened a small restaurant in Paceville and quickly made a name for himself with dishes that spoke of the Mediterranean — honest, bold, alive with flavour.
When the time came to grow, Zeri chose the stunning Portomaso Marina as his canvas. Today, Zeri's is where the freshest catch meets culinary artistry, where Italian tradition dances with Mediterranean soul.
