Dario Sidoti is an Italian entrepreneur and restaurateur who built his career in Malta, where he moved in 2010 with the goal of expanding his skills and developing a career in the restaurant industry. Dario initially opened a small first restaurant in Paceville and quickly made a name for himself with dishes that spoke of the Mediterranean — honest, bold, alive with flavour.
After a start marked by commitment and perseverance, he turned his vision into reality, actively contributing to the growth of the local gastronomic scene. In St. Julian's, he now manages several successful restaurants. His leadership is distinguished by dedication, operational rigor, and a constant pursuit of quality. It started with a simple dream — a chef who grew up driven by a love for the sea and a desire to bring its freshest treasures to the table.
When the time came to grow, Zeri’s chose the stunning Portomaso Marina as his canvas. Today, Zeri's is where the freshest catch meets culinary artistry, where Italian tradition dances with Mediterranean soul.
